Tip toeing gently, not wanting to warrent suspension, let me just say this:  She is a hermaphrodite so you can't go looking for a normal sized whatsit.

This is so badly done it actually hurts to listen to.
This proves she has actual musical ability, but this is still not good. But I couldn't do it!
