I think that Octopus_4 is right.  They should be considered for inclusion.  In particular the album "The Delerium  Has Just Begun" has many elements that can be described as progressive - extended compositions with musical complexity, frequent time changes, and a good deal of innovation which one does not usually find in straightforward celtic metal.  Granted some albums are more progressive than others, but IMHO "The Delerium Has Just Begun" and "Tuatha De Danann" have very strong progressive elements.

I have spotted on Progfreak that this band is still being discussed.
Can anybody explain what this graph means? It seems that 2 months ago they were cleared but 17 days ago they went back into discussion?

Just a quick feedback after gibing a try to Aes Dana, Heol Telwen and Amon Amarth. They are al Celic and Metal, but none of them is in my pot. I still think that Tuatha de Danann are different. They have progressive parts that the three mentioned groups don't have at all. The biiggest difference is that those Celtic Metal or Pagan bands are all very dark while Tuatha De Danann music is solar, maybe because they are brasilian.

I think at least some songs are prog e.g. brazuzan, but it doesn't matter so much. Thank you for the French bands. I'm about to try Aes Dana first (alphabetical order).

This is what we call celtic metal. This is not prog.

If you like this band check out french bands Aes Dana and Heol Telwenn.

I believe that this is a link to the suggested band's website. http://babelfish.yahoo.com/translate_url?trurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.tuathadedanann.com.br%2F&lp=pt_en&.intl=us&fr=chr-yie8  It was in Portuguese, but if this worked right babelfish translated it to English.

And here is a link to their MySpace page.  http://www.myspace.com/tuathadedanann

This brasilian group has 3 full length albums, a couple of promo and 1 DVD. They are not easy to classify into a genre, as they are mainly a fusion of Metal and Celtic. However, I think they can fit well in the Progressive Metal section as I see many contact points with some Ayreon works.   Their second album, "The Delirium Has Just Begun" is IMO their best thing, but all the 3 are very nice. Their mixture of acoustic guitars, flute, violin with heavy bass, distorted guitars and sometimes growl are unique. A reference may be the Ayreon's "Loser", but if you pay them enough attention, you can find gems like "Brazuzan", "Bella Natura" and "Abracadabra". I think they are more than "prog related". recently Bruno Raia, the frontman has published a solo album (as Braia) that he has defined as "Progressive", but I didn't listen to it yet.
