All cops should be forced to wear a wire while on duty so any excessive force complaints can be proven if someone doesn't happen to have a camera on them. That would stop a lot of this sh*t.

I just think before handing guns and permits to use them to anybody we should test:
 
a) their understanding of basic human concepts
b) their intelligence

Yeah I hate old people, I'm thinking maybe we need death panels.  Oh wait, I'm 44 now.  Well, I'm not totally old.  How about we send our euth to asia?

I'm no cop, but I'm sure there are better ways to disarm an 80 year old lady, in fact, if the cop could walk at least a couple steps per second, there wouldn't be a need to disarm her. I'm surprised nobody attacked the cop.
