Kinda looks like a Guitar Hero screen, with a rocket ship trying to race around/ avoid /destroy the "notes" coming down the "fretboard". Seems fun, though.

I purchased this game yesterday and have been playing it for quite a few hours since. Check it out here:
http://www.audio-surf.com/ It's available through Steam for a really small price, there's also a free demo. In a nutshell the game analyzes any song that you choose (mp3, iTunes etc.) and creates a virtual race track based on it. It's difficult to describe, but if you have a half way decent PC you should really give it a try. It's amazing!
