It's a shame that anyone has to leave. I'm getting more than a little sick of some peoples' attitudes towards all of this.
Reminds me of Roger Waters in a way...I wonder why?

why does karnevil have to leave? and some of your people are being awful negative about this!
some of his views may have caused us to retaliate, but i deeply resepected him for defending a band that he clearly loves way too much, i hope this doesnt mean he is giving up this fight
the forum will definetly be a much less exciting place if he is gone. All these ELP arguments have been f**king annoying but he gave helped devote some drama, realism and excitement on this forum, the best in a while and i think him (and the people who were against his views, eg reed lover) are both very strong characters in this forum, i think we need this oppostion in views and taste!
please come back K9!
to sum up, sure these latest threads have been annoying, offensive and repetitive, but i am sure gonna miss that centred type and ELP devotion!

Got it. But your ego was never in any real jeopardy...I was just referring to your love of an entertaining argument, no matter who is involved. And the quote I threw in for my fellow Bukowski fans- especially ones with whom I've had a shaky relationship with in the past.

A fair number of noobs enter the forum with guns blazing...they either settle down or disappear. Either way, the forum wins.
Unlike a few of you, I never saw any indication that KE9 had any great wealth of knowledge to share...but I would have been just as happy had he settled down and acted like a reasonable person.
In life, you usually get what you give...and this forum is no different.
