I didn't cry. It was pretty moving, though. The excellent score helped a lot in this regard.

Didn't cry, it's been ages since I saw it though.
I guess I should mention that I'm not of the kind who cries often, last time I cried was the first time in years(I think?), and it was because my grandmother had died.

The only movie that i came close to crying was the end of House of Sand and Fog. And no, I didn't cry at the end of Gladiator; although it is moving.

House of Sand and Fog had to be the most depressing movie of all time. It was a moving picture but you just feel total despair at the end. I'll admit it, I cried and I cry at just about anything sad. At the end of Lord of the Rings when Aragon says, "My friends, you bow to no man," I turn into a little girl. Oh, well

good thing I've never been accused of being that .... I've been known to cry a few times...
I remember the first time I saw Steel Magnolias when Julia Roberts dies... I was sobbing away.. that was so tragic...

The only time I cried while watching a movie was because I was laughing so hard. Of course only Monty Python can be that funny. It was Life of Brian

It's supposed to be a piece of entertainment, not a history lesson...
Of its kind it is a superb film and quite an achievement.

I have NEVER cried at a film... the film which brought me closest to this non-masculine state, was one which I've mentioned in here several times... The Bicycle Thieves... one of the most moving endings to a movie I have witnessed....
Having previously studied The Colosseum... I just laughed at Gladiator, quite frankly...

Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

I remember sheding a tear at the end of the film, for those 4€ I would never see again, and those 2 and a half hours of life I lost.
