I do eat meat, but I have no idea what's the difference between these steaks. They all look the same to me. Confused

Medium Rare Porter House is the best in my experiance. T-bone and Scotch Fillet are also worthy of a mention.

Exactly. I had the good fortune of eating at a respecatable Italian restaurant, ordered the filet mignon, and had to return it twice because the first time it was albmost ice cold in the center. Dead

NY Strip
Sirloin
Porterhouse
Ribeye
T-Bone
