I'm planning to be a drummer!  We have had much talk with my friends about putting up a band next summer, the idea is great. I got my drums this christmas, also I would be the vocalist.
This is an electrified fairytale

learning keys.
One likes to believe
In the freedom of music
But glittering prizes
And endless Compromises
Shatter the illusion
Of integrity

My advice to anyone under 25 who plays an instrument: Kick some f***ing arse!!! Never give up. Never take your eyes off the ball. Dont smoke dope. Never allow yourself to be in a position where you are looking back at your life wishing you had done just about everything differently, and NEVER put anything off until tomorrow. Seize the day!

Damn right!

Do that and youre history

Yes. I play drums and keyboards.
Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive

I've played the guitar for four years now, but I'm really no good.
I play bass in a small band and I'm going to buy an electric piano this month.

Hopefully we should appreciate that given points in time are not so significant as the nature of what is impressed on the mind, and how it is retained and used.
