I'm not a fan of any of these. I have some respect for Final Cut but much of it doesn't make me want to listen to it. River is kind of nice, I mean, for sure it's nothing great, but it has some flow and atmosphere; it's the one I have listened to most often. Bell is OK to listen to, but other than High Hopes there isn't much that attracts me. Lapse was a huge disappointment and still is.
River > Final Cut > Bell > Lapse Up to now all but one had River on fourth and nobody had it on top. Let's see whether I remain the only one. But even for me it's just about *** and no more.

And truth be told, The Final Cut would rank top 5 among Pink Floyd albums for me (even though I think it should have been released as a Roger Waters solo album).
