I type in something along the lines of the following when trying to generate an album cover: a vinyl album cover with a logo saying '_____' above a scene with __________ in _________ , in a 70s art style/60s art style/Roger Dean art style (etc.)

I actually already did an ELP one, here below. The AI is not good enough to reproduce so much text, which is why I'm not adding album titles. It's better to have a short word as a logo, and even then it gets it wrong. Sometimes it produces an amazing picture but the logo is all wonky. Again, I'm not trying to make it look like past albums, so don't tell me it doesn't look like an ELP album. Just try to play along and imagine what it might possibly sound like!

Ok, give me some ideas for it and I'll give it a try. Remember, it doesn't have to resemble any of their past covers. Some people here have been like "well that doesn't look like it's an album from _____" and I'm thinking why does it have to be a copy of a past album? My Greenslade ones are different, because their covers had a theme of the multi armed green dude.

Those covers have some thing in common: One refers to the most significant song on such an album: Dancing with the Sunlit Knight. But I don't even think that Gabriel-era Genesis was altogether capable of such copycat behaviour. Those covers are reminiscent of a 21st century Neo or Crossover band rather than a lost Genesis album from early 1973. Nevertheless they look fine. I don't use AI, but I imagine a somewhat darker cover art for such an album, with a pub and that knight pouring some beer from a mug through the opening of his combat helmet, but I cannot tell why...

I'd be tempted to buy the first album but definitely not the second.

Yes, of course. Like I said, I have yet to see a good AI-made album cover.

I like your AI generated covers espcially the Greenslade series. Any ideas for King Crimson covers....?

This one is interesting and at the same time demonstrates why AI generated images always suck. I'm not here to bash them, I like to play around with the technology - it's just that I've yet to see a really good result.

This product is very limited. I tried making some for my own project and it keeps misspelling the name. It also won't make any album covers for toilets and farts.

I think the Greenslade ones look a lot better than the Genesis ones and seem to fit the "Greenslade style" better, especially the first one of the four. I'm fast-loading and have lots of ads for colanders.

Enters thread that he knows he will dislike, tells everyone how offensive he finds it all.
My thinking behind these was not about a hero. It poses a question... why is a knight visiting a woman in a poor village. What for? There could be many potentials stories to the image.

Next up is Greenslade, obviously with the lineup and creative spark of the first two albums
