Seriously try out some Legato stuff, I guarantee within 4 weeks of at least 20 minutes a day on legato and your fingers will be way stronger and your left hand stamina will go up too.


Legato is without the right hand, right? 
 
In musical speak, technically Legato means "smooth, well connected" as opposed to Staccato "Short, Detached". But in guitar/bass terms, it more refers to the use of the fretting hand to well, fret notes. Generally speaking, you pick the first note of the string and hammer on/pull the remainder of the notes you want on that string. As a guitarist, legato can be a real bitch on bass, but generally on a guitar legato is one of my strong points/
