I also really miss Eric. The site ain't quite the same without his brilliant Marillion insights.

I do not miss Walter at all. Quite a hefty tit, if you ask me.

Good call on Eric (E-Dub). I do keep in touch with him through Facebook but he was a great asset to this place. I'll never forget when Neo pretty much got left in his hands alone and we combined the genre teams for a while. Great to work with and just a great guy all the way around.

yeah HT.  He had the patience of a saint not to unfriend me on FB.  I did often get a bit carried away in my political rantings which I don't exactly think he was sympathetic to LOL

That would have stunk.  I loved keeping up with him and that GORGEOUS family of his.

Yes, Eric is a great guy, and one of the few people I miss from FB (which otherwise I do not miss at all). As to Jon, I hope he's doing well. Very nice guy, and very knowledgeable about music. On the other hand, I am very happy to do without Walter, Henry Plainview and other such "colourful" characters. We have to face enough aggravation in everyday life to want more of it on a music forum.

A true sweetheart in real life. He was a REAL pleasure to meet. He stayed with Raff and I a couple of years ago and we went to the Magma show.

I had laughed at him for being so star struck talking with Christian Vander while Vander and I just smoked cigarettes together pre show .. but he got last laugh when I turned green later when I bumped into Stella and we locked eyes over the desert table after the show and she left left me a quibbling mound of man jelly.

what a woman...LOL Heart

Last I heard he was in Hawaii doing his patriotic duty as the best of us did, we were FB friends before I took leave.. of taking leave of my senses .. of FB.

WalterDigsTunes is active at RateYourMusic and still writing new reviews, in case anyone misses him.

Meet too Alan. It would have been nice to see him still around when I came back.

Easy Livin' and Tony log in occasionally, but rarely post. They're both alive though, Easy had his umpteenth birthday last week (on the same days as Guigo btw...).

Really? It was funny for a week, 6 months later he was more like a pretentious t**t that we couldn't get rid of soon enough, definitely not missing him.

Negoba is someone I miss seeing around here.

Easy Money - Jazz Collab
Garion 81? - Shared with us all the tragic kidnapping and loss of his niece in LA, we all felt that for him. But also great contributions all round across the forum
FloydWright - Disappeared off the radar without a trace, she knew her music...

I rather enjoyed him. It was fun to watch him self destruct. I think his last reincarnation was as "Permy". He actually did know a lot about prog rock and could have been a valued contributor.
