As far as I know he is the only Final Fantasy villain to have achieved this? As I said, the man/clown/thing is a menace!

Kefka is like the best villain ever, but Sephiroth pretty much destroyed the world as much as Kefka appeared to have.

Not nearly as badly.

"oh noes, a rock is gunna crush us" vs. "MAH f**kING LIGHTNING BOLTS ARE f**kIN UP YOUR sh*t!"

Lifestream kinda destroyed a lot of planet and he wrecked cities himself, but you tend not to care because you didn't sympathize with Shinra.

Kefka is still infinitely cooler though.

Yeah, Kefka actually broke the world. He is one of the greatest game villains of all time and it was always my dream to play him in my imaginary six hour long Final Fantasy 6 movie.

FF6 is the best, FF2 is the worst. I have played them all.

XIII was not very good. It wasn't all bad but as many many people have said, it's just so linear. When things open up in Chapter 11 it comes waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too late. Also, some of the main characters (particularly Vanille) just fail.

Hard choice for me between VI, VII, VIII and XII, but had to go with my first RPG game ever, Final Fantasy VIII, though I know VII may be better...

By the way, the last one sucks??? Haven't play it yet, but i haven't heard any nice of it...

He's pure evil, Sephiroth was just a momma's boy

I know what you mean though, the way he poisoned Dome's water supply... *shivers*

I never enjoyed VII all that much.  I've played it on PlayStation though (the original system), so the load speeds were horrid.

VI is my favourite though.  In fact, I like the Japanese original (therefore FFIII) translated into English, rather than the US release.

I really like Lufia and Lufia II though.

Yeah, not Square/Enix but I don't care.

And yes, Secret of Mana and Legend of Mana are also great.

The irony is that the game was Hironobu Sakaguchi's last ditch effort for success in the gaming industry, hence "Final Fantasy".  But I'm glad you are aware of that. It gives you a reason to post, I suppose.
