Topic: ProgArchives on Wikipedia! Posted: July 23 2006 at 07:26 |
I was thinking to make ProgArchive's page on Wikipedia, so more and more people are into progarchives and prog rock as a whole ![Big smile](https://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif) ...
I've made a new page, but maybe you can edit it so its even better (I made it in 5 minutes though ![LOL](https://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif) )

Yeah, why not, although i'm not sure if it will actually get that many to become proggers, as PA is rather something whitch travels mouth to mouth (so to speak...in actuality you just link someone), and it's easier to just direct people here than to a wikipedia page. :) Still, a wikipedia page is the LEAST we deserve..

Of course, but i'm just sceptical about the odds of someone just..accidentally stumbling upon it while browsing :) I found it through the imdb forum on "the wall", but perhaps other people move in other places of the web than i do. No, i'd love it to draw people into the world of great music, and something's always better than anything, so.
(Edit.. yeah, actually, that was me.. i didn't really add anything, though.. what more needs to be said, you think? I'd love to write something more, i just don't know the place as well as most others do. I haven't even made a review yet, haha...)

Great job. I see this as a positive way to (hopefully easily) introduce more prog n00bs.
Really a great idea. ![Thumbs Up](https://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif)

I have a wikipedia account and I've made a few edits and even started an artical myself once, so I shall browse over it and see if I can make any changes.

"Prog Folk Team and The Post Rock Team PA's smallest genre team." Are you kidding? Stonie and I are the only ones on Neo Team as of now (because Greenback hasn't posted in almost two months. You can imagine what would happen if we disagreed on a topic.

Fish isn't Neo all the time, but he still does have a lot of Neo elements.
