I have Soul Alert and really like it. Some of their other material comes off a little too "metallic" for my tastes.

I've never heard of Progressive Jazz Metal before, but I'll make special provision to add them to my Prague Archives playlist. They sound like a jazzy version of Dream Theater.  |

I'm particularly fond on their album "Soul Alert". It has the right mix of jazz, prog, and metal for me. Some of their other albums are a tad more metallic than my tastes allow.

^To date, Soul Alert is probably my favorite by them also. Their first release Space Cafe is all fusion with no metal bits at all. It is interesting to see the band evolve on each album. Their most recent release is in the metalish zone, but I still like it.
