Yeah, really. Actually, I just noticed that there is a guy here on the forum who plays it. Perhaps he could join The Moody Noobs...

I quite liked it as it is. However, as English isn't my native language, I'd probably make it worse if I tried to edit it, sorry. Unhappy

I'm going to write a sonnet:

Tyranny of the One

The King of Kings owns what no one else knows

Watching over all that shames the good book

Controlling the direction humanity goes

Catching all of the commands we mistook

Thinking they were laws we ought to follow

Ruler of all the people he forsook

Whatever we do he always seems to know

They don’t call him King of Kings for nothing

Breaking our backs for gains to call his own

Sundays we go out to worship the king

At the beckoning of his holy gun

And Mondays we head on out to serve him

But he who sees all God has truly done

Sees the clear case--tyranny of the one

I've decided that for every sonnet I write I will invent a new rhyme scheme.

That one is:
A
B
A
B
C
B
C
D
C
D
E
D
E
E

The next one, which I will have up soon, will be:
A
B
C
A
B
B
C
D
E
C
D
D
E
E

The Plight of the Talking Heads
Gathered round the table the greatest heads
Laze in their lounge chairs, pretending to think
Planning the future of a failing race
Befroe time has slowly killed them all dead
With their survival standing at the brink
The lazing heads watch as their chances sink
The brains in the war-room all seem out of place
It's not their natural situation
They'd rather be out amidst all the gore
For you can hide a brain behind a face
But there is not much that is to be done
When the actual brains do not function
And the grave sight the enemies watch for
Our severed arms seizuring on the floor

Very very very good. Heres the edits from my bropther:

wishful, wanting the dream to come again
trying to bring back a memory
quickly fading, colours drain until
all is black and white

where did it all go?
why does it have to leave?
out of touch with time
the empty spaces in my mind
consume all

drown myself in the blues
only to find that the muse
drags me back to the shore

i try to lock it all the way
throw the key down the well
pretend to block that feeling from my mind
but too late i've been found out

maybe the clouds will go away
and bring out the sun
if only things were this bright
on the inside

Well, I'll post it later, as the computer got mad at me for spamming and deleted it.
Angry

Anywho, it is called The Plight of the Talking Heads

I'll write a bunch more of them, and we can release The Sonnet Album.

On another note, everyone better be on this weekend, as I will be able to be on for most of it.  Party!!!!!!

EDIT:  IT ACTUALLY POSTED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I take back my angry face above.

Bah, don't listen to your brother...

At the very least, take out the repetition of "Black and White."

Well I've been working on our recording studio all day, man I'm pooped! The studio has been used for storage for waaay to long, I've got boxes and boxes stacked to the ceiling (which is really low by the way, no jumping off amps or guitar windmilling. save that for the stage.) of stuff I don't even know whats in them. I figure I can have a the studio ready for recording in about a few weeks time, or it can be used for yoga.

Welcome Progismylife, do you own a rickenbacker? I only record Rickys and fenders. LOL
There might be no room in the studio for your piano.

Look Bastille Dude, you need to get off our case. I can only be one person, which means I can only be one fan at a time. I quit.

If no one is going to appreciate all the hard work I put into cleaning up my spare room to make our studio, then I quit. I'll rejoin after the studio is finished.
