Yeah, Twilight would have been a pretty big thing, but if ocarina would have come out any time rescetly, there would be revolution.

I've never played Ocarina. I really don't feel any need to. I never had an N64, I'm not going to buy one, and it makes me angry when people overrate things constantly. Metroid Prime the best shooter ever? Fat chance.
The only Zelda I've played were the 2 Oracles. They were pretty good, if rehashes of the same formula. Except Ages had a stupid bug that made me stuck in the endgame, so I haven't played it since.

Oracle of Ages/Seasons weren't bad, but the 2D Zelda games are quite different from the 3D ones. And anyone who claims Metroid Prime is the greatest shooter ever loses all credibility as a person who knows things about video games. It was good, but hardly the best ever. Metroid Fusion, on the other hand, is one of my favorite side-scrollers ever. But that's a different matter.

Mine=4sword legend
Jake, I'm stuck, I just beat the ice mansion, and I'm in the forest. I'm taken back to where the master sword is, I'v looked everywhere, even on top of that big wall with the vines, where do I go?

So right now you're in the lost woods? You need to follow that damn monkey around until you finally beat him, and then you have a temple in which you get the master sword, if I remember correctly.

I got to be honest: I beat that mo-fo several months ago over the course of two weekends (yeah, I know...34 hours of a single video game over 4 days....), and as a result most of the specifics are lost on me. If I recall correctly, the temple with the Master Sword is the first of three where it's nothing but temple-temple-temple, with pretty much nothing in between.

No, you have the ice temple, forest temple, and the sky temple.
I already have the mastersword, and have beaten the ice temple, can you recall what to do? I picked up the damn golden chicken, fought the damn scarecrow guy, and now I'm back where the damn mastersword is. wheres my piece of the mirror?

I got Ocarina about 6 years ago, and it was only a couple months ago that I even made it to the Shadow Temple. That music still scares me.
I couldn't play MM when I was smaller, because I'd end up going "HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO BEAT THIS GAME SO FAST??!!" and then I'd end up finding a nice place and waiting for my death from above.
I enjoyed the Wind Waker a lot. I haven't beaten it all the way, but I'm close. Link To The Past was good too, but not the epic masterpiece everyone makes it out to be.

And NO! Don't get Morrowind, get Oblivion.

My computer refuses to be nice with video games, and I'm not getting a 360.
Like I said, I hate the fact some people actually spend a large portion of the day wasting away time playing video games, but a small game every once in a while wont kill anyone.

Agreed, Ocarina Of Time is the best game...ever. In the history of the world.
After that though, my favorite is Majora's Mask. It's almost as fun as OOT, but...it just doesn't have the same replayability. I've only gone through it like 4 times, I've went through OOT at least 15.

First off, Zelda games are fab, mostly because of the music.
I'm a sucker for the Game Boy ones, maybe because that's what I grew up on, but they are completely different than the other ones...
Wind Waker is great though. The graphics are hilarious but not THAT horrible. Too much sailing, but my I'll vote for that.
Last time I checked, I was a little stuck in Ocarina. Also, I wish the stupid owl would just shut up.

/\ press B, itll skip the whole conversation
Ocarina was epic, and its music was some of the best music to ever come out of any video game
I remember being genuinely terrified of the Forest, Spirit, and Shadow Temples
f**king Wall Masters
that's such a scary concept to a kid
you're walking around and BAM giant hand from the sky lands on you and sucks you to oblivion (which leads to the entrance but still)
oh and ReDeads *shudder*
