What are your 3 favorite post Hackett Genesis studio albums? Here are mine:

And then there were three (it gets a lot of criticism-I'd say it's their most under rated album)

Duke

Genesis (the shapes album-this one just barely beats out invisible touch for me mainly because of home by the sea and second home by the sea).

Mine: the same as you, Prog_Traveller.

And Then There Were Three (probably my favourite Genesis album after Selling England By The Pound)

Duke (I like the suite a lot especially: the opening and closing tracks of the album).

Genesis (I could even say the same that it barely beats Invisible Touch, and my favourite songs are also Home By The Sea and the Second Home. But I like all of the album.)

Duke - classic
Abacab - a couple of biscuits short of a classic, but excellent nonetheless
Invisible Touch - some exceptional moments in amongst some average shorter stuff.

And Then There Were Three (1978) (good tracks: all of them, except Many too Many, Say it's alright Joe and Follow you follow me)

We Can't Dance (1991)     (Good tracks: Dreaming while you sleep, Tell Me Why, Living Forever, Hold On My Heart)(worst song: Never a time)

Duke (1980)       (favourites are Turn it on it again and Please don't Ask but I also like Guide Vocal, Heathaze and Duke's travels)

"Home By The Sea" is my favorite post-Hackett Genesis song, so I'd have to say that by default that album wins for me. I couldn't pick the other two though.

Duke is great.
ATTWT is fine but never really clicked for me.
Genesis (Mama) is far from deserving being called a good album even if Home By The Sea is ok.
I stopped buying their albums after that so I can not judge about any others.

No 4- or 5-star albums after Hackett left.

1. Duke
2. Invisible Touch (quite a lot of ups 'n downs)
3. Genesis (Mama and 2nd Home by the Sea are still great)

Three, Duke, and Abacrabs.  The only one I've never owned or heard in it's entirety is Dance

Unfortunately I have a video compilation that has stuff from the album.  Those bits are not fun and should be outlawed.

Sorry Ivan, but my turn to have a go at pedant's corner.

No they didn't. What you mean is that you ceased to enjoy them after W & W, which is a totally different thing altogether, given that they proceeded to release a further seven studio albums, plus live and compilations, they clearly didn't "die", but actually resembled something relatively healthy, certainly judged upon sales.
