Drama has some decent tracks that capture that Yes sound and feel but Talk (Endless Dream is too long and not that good...) and Mag just don't have much to offer...imo.

How about this one. A petition to keep Jon Anderson out of Yes and replace it with a petition to get Celine into Yes. I'd love to see how pathetic she would sound struggling through something like Heart Of The Sunrise.

Justin Bieber would be even more embarrassing!  Ugh!

Annie Haslam recently waxed poetic about how she'd enjoy singing in Yes, I say "bring it on!"

I forgot about that other Canadian embarassment. I hope that punk wastes all his money and has to take his Ferrari to the pawn shop and ends up on skid row. I actually think that Annie could have done it. But she was a little on the softer side. It would be like having Maggie Reilly in Yes.Even though Jon sounded like a chick sometimes his vocals were powerful. I wonder what Yes would sound like with Jennie Haan? Nah that wouldn't have worked. Check out these videos :

It was Rick Wakeman that said he saw Yes as being akin to a city symphony in that members will constantly be changing and that in 50 years (from the time of the interview) there would still be a Yes, just different, younger guys.
Jon Anderson has fulfilled his purpose in Yes.

I want Jon Anderson back but that is not facing the reality of age and illness as sad as that makes me--he's fragile and not up to what these boys are going to do until they drop.

No, I don't believe he is presently ill...I saw him in his "Voice of Yes" show a few years ago, and he was animated, happy and in top form!

However, he did speak to us about Yes, and said that the others wanted to "be rockers," i.e. tour and play extensively.  I am sure that Jon, having had a bad run with his serious respiratory illness, just doesn't think that running around, playing casinos, cruise ships etc. would be all that good for him.

Also, the band hasn't invited him back, which is a separate issue.

I'd like to start a petition to keep Jon OUT of Yes!  Yes has degenerated into a parody of their former selves IMHO, Jon could do much better on his own or with close friends.

Personally, he can keep producing new material like this as long as he wants to!   Check it out if you've never heard it!

The last 3 Glass Hammer albums are better then anything Yes have released since Talk. Yes are very lucky to have Davison.
