^^^Thumbs Up

I know it by heart

Longboats have been sighted and the evidence or war has begun
many Nordic fighting men their swords and shields all gleam in the sun
call to arms defend yourselves get ready to stand and fight for your lives
judgement day has come around...

I'm actually a bit nostalgic about `Invaders', Scott! Probably almost 20 years ago I guy I worked at the time with lent me that album, and even though back then I couldn't stand it (I came to love Maiden much later on), I still vividly recall hearing `Invaders', so that technically was my first every IM song! Always takes me back to that job, when it's not making me thinking of raiding villages, etc!

Kinda surprised I'm the first to vote for this, but The Prisoner has always been my favorite off this album. A metal song based on a cult groovy 60s show is just too cool not to dig. I always liked how the tune starts out at moderate pace before gearing up for the verses.

^ The Prisoner is a great tune, but I will go with Children of the Damned, very powerful

Great tune. It was part of the Maiden England Tour's setlist Headbanger

A very rare selection.
