Sigh Ghastly Funeral Theatre album cover
One of their earlier EPs with a more down-to-earth feel to it and even some pure eastern folk moments.

Amazing what fatherhood (and quitting heroin) can do to a man.

Weird to hear Nick Cave in psychedelic pop mode of sorts, though there is kind of a forebear for that in the Abattoir Blues/Lyre of Orpheus double album. Even before getting into how many of the lyrics are taken from bizarre WIkipedia entries.

The only Los Jaivas i've found was a chilean folklorian band, honestly didn't enjoyed it as expected for its long jorney, maybe because i always loved the andine "root" folklore, for example that from the bolivian Los Kjarkas, some songs they composed have more value for me than many of the prog rock songs that have worship here in this forum.
