Meat Loaf - Dead Ringers
So far this seems like it's likely to be my least favorite Meat Loaf ... which would be easier to understand if it didn't say "Songs by Jim Steinman" on the back.

I'll be honest, I'm a little surprised I'm not the only person here who listens to John Mellencamp. Neither of those are my favorite albums by him though.

I have to admit that I prefer his greatest hits album to most of his regular albums. He had a good run from American Fool through The Lonesome Jubilee, and Human Wheels is pretty good. (I don't have Big Daddy or Whenever He Wanted so I don't know how those are). The rest of his albums that I have are OK listening but nothing that I really have given too many spins. I really hated his last release though: No Better Than This. That one was really painful to listen to the first time through. It will be getting a second listen shortly but I'm not really looking forward to it. Way too country sounding for my tastes.
