Based on past experience with him when I was an admin I would say borderline.But I haven't been here much since stepping down so I don't know if things have escalated since then.

Obviously not, but that is half the fun of his inane contributions.
I'll give you an example. The other day, someone had a dig at him that he wouldn't be listening to the new VDGG album, given that it was recorded in 2011, not pre 1989. Walter responded by saying that was nonsense - as a pre 1989 band, they were flying the flag for decent music.
Of course, Walter completely ignored the fact that the recording techniques utilised by the band (i.e. hated digital technology) is just the same as all those nasty, flea ridden, "modern" bands.
Inane stupidity and prejudice always have got on my t**s, and Walter is the prime exemplar on the site.
Oh, and I have ignored my promise to ignore him twice today  Time to go back to my therapist, methinks

Where do you guys find this cat, btw ? He never ever goes anywhere near me. He knows far too well I will attach him on sight, scratch his nose, then bite legs quite badly, scratch his face again and then chase him up the nearest telegraph pole where he will spend the next two days.
I am the top cat in this street. (a sure sign of insanity is when a person talks about himself as a cat in third person. Nurse !!)

Most of the time I don't mind Walter, but I really dislike when he attacks a newbie who just did his first post, suggesting some new prog band in 'suggest new bands' thread.
