as you can see casting hasn't got too far..  but the movie should be a great one.  Lots of violence, sex, treachery,  plotlines that will keep you on the edge of your seat as the fates of bands like the Stranglers are decided.    Tune in and see what REALLY goes on behind the scenes at PA's

Speaking of children's books. Prog Rock encyclopaedia should be a picture book, perhaps with cardboard pop-up characters (Fripp bumping off his stool, customize you own Keith Emerson gear, pick a costume for Peter Gabriel). With such a book we could introduce prog to our children one day!

Of course, the whole avant category should not be included because it can scare the children away. Except maybe "pick you own mask for Captain Trout the Beefheart".

I`ve also been considering alternatives including Cabbage Patch Of  My  Mind. Probably taken though.

As for a book about progrock. The only one I can think of that comes close to hitting the nail on the head and puts prog into perspective is Edward Macan`s semi-scholarly work entitled " Rockin`The Classics ". 

I'm still waiting for the Silly Story book.
