They look angry. . .

You could say that they look dangrindy. . .

Though the wind doesn't seem to be effecting John Myung...maybe he's a warlock or a ghost . . .

Dream Theater is famous for hidden meanings and such in their album covers and pictures, maybe they're secretly crying for help...'help help' they cry, "John Myung is holding us hostage."
