If my memory serves me correctly, Tampa's owner also owns one of the Premiere English football teams, so it probably isn't all that surprising that Tampa would play a game in England.

And Plankowner, you might lose a home game, but I bet they still charge you the same season ticket price.

GO GIANTS!!! 11-1!!!!

On that happy note....Im getting tired of Plex. I know he's a beast so we put up with his...moral lapses, but why the f**k are you bringing a gun to a night club anyway?

Oh and I was wondering why the Jaguars sucked so bad this year. Apparently they lost all their interior linemen to injury, and a tackle who got shot 14 times!???

Crazy times...

Yeah, they'll probably charge me another seat deposit too... gets ridiculous sometimes.  Remind me not to come to you when I need consoling ... LOL

Jeez, how really stupid then.  And I hope Pierce doesn't get dragged into it, you'll have to let me know, don't watch much TV during the week....

My Cowboys have a tough schedule in December but that has its benefits.  If they had nothing but puff teams down the stretch and got knocked out in the wild card game it would show they weren't ready for the big leagues.  If they fail to make the playoffs then at least I'll know it's because they got beaten by superior teams.  But they seem to be peaking at the right time this year.

For your consideration: James Harrison for Defensive MVP

Go Steelers!

The Giants may have lost Cry
But no real biggie. Still 11-2 with a guaranteed playoff spot.

However,  there was some vindication with that Cowboys loss.
And Romo just proved AGAIN that the moment you get some pressure on him, he crumbles.
He better carry the team to the Super Bowl and win it, or he'll never shake the stigma of epically blowing the big games.

And that James Harrison is a mad beast.

Steelers D is a mad beast.  If they continue to play at the pace they have so far, they will be the first defense since the merger to allow the least run yards, pass yards, and points in the same season, and on top of that they're leading the league in sacks.  Harrison may get all the attention, but the other OLB LaMarr Woodley is only 2.5 sacks behind him (good for fifth in the league).

The 'Niners have been playing pretty damn good football so far under Singletary.  They're 3-2 with tough losses to Dallas and Arizona since Singletary delivered the best press conference I have ever seen.  Say what you want about him being over the top, he was brought in to fire the team up and he has done a damn fine job of that.

my concern is that Harrison and Polamalu might take defensive mvp votes away from each other and someone like Ware, who isn't as dynamic all around as either, will slide in with slightly more votes than either
have been saying this for sometime but Tony Romo is the most overrated player in all of football, why is he such a media darling, because he dates singers? because he plays for the overexposed, over celebrated, improperly self nicknamed "america's team"? Let's see there fans fill up other teams stadium like Steelers fans.
Anyway, the way the playoffs are shaping up right now it looks like in the NFC that even with their loss The Giants are clear favorites because none of the other contenders are very impressive.  the AFC is a bit more competitive but I think that 3 teams will be getting a first round bye because that is what the Broncos effectively are.  Indy is having a lot of unimpressive success against some bad teams right now which has the "experts" drooling all over them again but they are rather weak offensively and rely too heavily on the health of bob sanders defensively.  Not to sound like a "homer" but their win against the Steelers was nothing to fawn over, they had a dropped INT fall into their arms for one TD and later on Peyton threw a pass dead to Troy Polamalu which would have been an easy 6 the other way but it went down one of Troy's only drops of the year.  I can't call the Steelers clear AFC favorites though because they have one hell of a dunce at offensive coordinator and a head coach that often just stares off into the distance in tough situations.  It's up to Dick LeBeau and the talent on the field to carry the team.

Time always wins.

BTW Steelers get over the Cowboys, a rough, difficult game, pletny of errors of both parts but the Romo's interecpetion cost the game!!

So the chances for Dallas are very complicated now.

Steelers all thw WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Great game so far...should be an interesting 4th.  Both defenses look a little out of gas.

I'm really looking forward to the Steelers-Ravens game later.  Nothin' better than a defensive battle Thumbs Up.

Sweet Marie!!! Can the $#*! Chiefs find another way of losing? I've never seen anything like I have this team the past 14 weeks. Just stuns me how they can consistently snag defeat out of the jaws of victory.
