Some of my friends do. I have a friend who likes groups like Opeth, King Crimson, Rush, Yes, and Frank Zappa as well as Mr. Bungle and things like that. On the whole, though, not a lot of them listen to the stuff I do.

One does although he likes the neo stuff more than I do. The other ones always look at me with a frown on their faces when I play Prog.

Ive got a couple of friends that listens to prog, but modern prog rather than prog from the 70's that im very fond of..

Both The Beatles and (especially!) The Doors are Prog...

My friends who think prog is all about Pink Floyd, Yes, Genesis, Focus and Jethro Tull.
