strangely enough there is somebody posting as Storm Crow also from Canada. I PM'd him to clear up this confusion , but he denied being the Stormcrow.

I do hope to see Vibration Baby /Ian Gledhill back at least for reviewing. He did push his luck a little far with his so-called Forum level of ignorance. I think the man needed a lot more real connaisseur, but he was not very patient . It has been six months!

prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword

Alexander no longer posting is a real loss to the PA - especially as he has an almost encyclopedic knowledge of the Canterbury scene; surely rare among 16 year old Californians....

This is the age of Internet Cafes! Have they not reached leafy Herefordshire (?) yet?????

yes, but I couldn't be arsed to use one...you aren't THAT important...

Vibrationbaby (I seem to remember him going off in a huff), Aqualung28, Emperor and Prog-bassist to name a few ...

I think some people like Fragile, Radioactive Toy, Metropolis, Swinton, Shrinking Violet, Sigod and Man-Erg have toned it down a lot ... but they still surface from time to time

And then there are the mysterious names like Tauhd Zia, Belljar, Corbet Cross and Alexander ... who were apparently very active at the beginning but I only come accross when I do a search ... and then there's the whole Tonny Larz thing ... which is also quite a curiousity ....

The banned/retired lot with various personaes include KE9, Flowerchild, wallace, etc (and Thank God, I'm afraid I have to say!)

Most notable are the "good-bye brigade" who have perpetuated the "Hotel Progifornia" myth (you can check out, but you can never leave) ... the much-loved Peter, James Lee and gdub who occasionally announce their departure but are still crazy after all these years ...

Does that sum it up nicely?

"Death to Utopia! Death to faith! Death to love! Death to hope?" thunders the 20th century. "Surrender, you pathetic dreamer.”

"No" replies the unhumbled optimist "You are only the present."
