I listened to Neal Morse's demo version of The Absolute Universe (the Big One) and I've noticed something funny that was left intact in the final version. xD At the very end of the song "Bully" (2:07 timestamp) deep in the background, you can hear a voice saying "let's put some sound effects in here". xD

^^^ haha yeah I didn't want to say anything cause there could be some underlying cause to that, but man that got annoying after about 3 seconds.

I have the Forevermore version and I love it. This and The Whirlwind I would say are my favourite TA albums, though parts of the first album are amazing too. All Of The Above is one of my favourite prog epics, and I love We All Need Some Light. I find the second album a bit too heavy in places for my tastes, but the title track is beautiful. Kaleidoscope was a bit disappointing after The Whirlwind but The Absolute Universe is a definite return to form.

Have you seen this video? Do you agree with what they're saying?

I read DPRP since its beginnings, 25 years ago, and I like it that they do those round table reviews - when you know a bit the preferences of the reviewers it is often very informative and instructive. @Cristi: You don't have to pay attention to him, but you might be interested in what he writes. Jerry van Kooten is a reviewer at DPRP since a very long time (maybe since its start, but I might be mistaken about that. I met him a couple of times during different Pallas concerts, somewhere in the previous century - a sympathetic guy, which of course does not mean that I always agree with what he writes, but this time I do. The four other reviewers are very positive about the Transatlantic album...
