Medieval Shame flute Mask :
This was used for shaming bad musicians. Neck of musician was forced through upper round hole and fingers were placed under iron, which shows many finger holes. This gave impression that musician was playing flute.
Note (from me, Archisorcerus): A Twitter user says that this is early modern, not medieval.

There was a musical conductor, Felix Mottl, who was conducting the Wagner opera Tristan und Isolde in 1911, and died of a heart attack in the middle of doing so.
In 1968, while conducting the same opera, conductor Joseph Keilberth had a heart attack which killed him. And get this, as eerie as it sounds, these attacks occurred at the same bar of music in what is a long musical drama.

^ Never crossed my mind, but yeah. The shapes are quite alike. Though the body of the "pendant fish" looks slack, while cory catfish have tight bodies.
