Black Mountain:
Wilderness Heart
These guys have been getting consistently better over the course of three albums.
Each of these groups has just one female member.

Rumor. Collins is retired and the band is pretty much dissolved. A new album would be epic as hell, but it's not gonna happen.

Yea Collins can no longer play drums due to an injury, so he retired.

Chilliwack
Second Album
Double vinyl set for 50 cents from the last garage sale I was at.
And to my surprise, found out it's in PA when doing a Google search for the image.

Catagorized as Psychedelic/Space Rock, Not finished with record 2 (titled Music For A Quiet Time) yet.
So far record 2 is definately NOT pop music. I believe it's connected with traditional aboriginal spiritual music.

The only albums(this and Chilliwack's s/t debut) I know that is influenced by pacific northwest aboriginal spiritual beliefs. I'm surprized no other artist has taken this direction. Big fan of Chilliwack. After this album the band took to more of a rock/pop/AOR. Dreams,Dreams,Dreams is thier best IMO. The band had some great rockin' tunes until the early '80's when they went to a synth pop sound.
