Anoah,

you are the first (not including myself) who mentioned Winter consort. I actualy grew on their music, mainly on their debut (self titled). Later I fell in love with Road and Icarus. I've been trying to mention them few times in the past and it seems nobody here knows them so I am very happy to meet another one who does. I fully agree with including them here.

I also live Paul Winter Consort. My dad played it for me all the time when I was younger: both the albums you mentioned, Road and Icarus. Love them both, but I favor Icarus. Definitely good for the archives, with a little bit of world-influence, too.

It seems we share a "Dad problem" LOL
My absolute favorite is "Fantasy fuge and the ghost beads" from Road.

You're crazy. "General Pudson's Entrance" is by far the best on "Road" Tongue. Top favorites on "Icarus" are "Sunwheel," "Juniper Bear," and of course "Icarus."
