Please keep your explanation simple and don't start a huge argument.  I just want an answer. Thanks!
Once upon a time there was some writing on the wall we all ignored, until the time that there was war and feasts of famine at our door

A simple yes will do. "The Wall" is quite progressive, despite it's popularity.

Very much so, options 3 and 4 don't make sense at all.
It's the integration of musicality and conceptual/narrative content that makes this an essential Prog album.

Musically it's more progressive than Tommy, but conceptually less progressive than The Lamb Lies Down.
It's funny how the colors of the real world only seem really real when you viddy them on the screen.

Well.. does it sound like Status Quo? Then it must be a bit more then 'classic rock' haha. The Wall has many aspects of the progressive genre, except for advanced compostion.

A complicate concept exploited with intense lyrics. Musically speaking each track fades into the following with continuity as they were several parts of a single suite. Long guitar parts i.e. Comfortably Numb. A little weak in keyboards but they are always present. Do you need anything else to call it "progressive" ? Isn't Young Lust enough to call it "Rock" ?
I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution

Yes.  Don't let the short song format fool you.  It is a two-record sequence of songs that tells a story.  The sequence follows a logical progression (ahem) in terms of the music, lyrics, and the story that cannot be changed without destroying the whole work.  Keep in mind, too, that many of the great epics that are amongst the most visible aspects of prog are nothing more than an integrated sequence of shorter pieces.  Supper's Ready is a classic example.  No one denies that that song is progressive.
The world of sound is certainly capable of infinite variety and, were our sense developed, of infinite extensions. -- George Santayana, "The Sense of Beauty"

While it's certainly very far from being on my list of favorite Pink Floyd albums, it is most definitely prog!

Since you used quotation marks, I will assume you mean the song!
