BTW, there are a few mistakes in the list up:

I.E Kraftwerk II exists on CD, but not Kraftwerk I
(which is a shame)

Fireballet-Night On Bald Mountain is released as a CD/Reviuvre is re-released as a 1999 concert, along with the original Intencion album (Pan Y Musica label)/Ezra Winston-Myth of .. is released on CD by an Italian label/Satin Whale-Desert Places is also re-released on CD, I don't know which label.

By the way, impressive list, I know perhaps 25% of your list!

Placebo's on that list?

Is that some old band named Placebo (just like there's a 60's band called Nirvana) or are the guys from the group Placebo actually really old?

There are two placebos of course!!

Many albums of Guru Guru are only available on vinyl too (which means they are no longer available at all today, which is a pity; albums like "Dance of the Flames", "Mani in Germani" or "Jungle" deserve a lot more attention).
