Or maybe we should stop classifying bands like that, or in tiers etc. Just like the big 4 of thrash, it's irrelevant, does not help in any way. Also the "big" here means popularity.

British Big 4? What's that? Greatest compared to which bands? Also what criteria do you have in mind for such a statement? I love some DT, but "the greatest progressive act in American music history" ?! I don't know about that...

Giger Lenz Marron are the best jazz rock group from the 70s.
Genesis album Trespass is their greatest work; even better than what came after it by the band. Former Dzyan and GLM guitarist the late Eddy Marron was enormously under-rated, and did not get the acclaim he deserved. Eloy's best album was Inside. |
