On any given day I equally like Foxtrot, Cryme, and Selling England......today I'll pick the Pound.

"Wind and Wuthering" would be my personal favorite. I haven't listened to anything after "...And Then There Were Three..." though.

ATTWT is ok but it's missing Hackett and Gabriel---I mean how could it possibly be their best? Plus it;s a clear pivot toward pop.

My favorite Genesis is "No Thank You."
Really, there's no contest.

It's not my no. 1 but almost. Yes, it's much less prog, and short songs, but it's intense, great instrumental parts, even by Rutherford, soulful and poetic lyrics, excellent compositions (even when they are songs, not extended prog stuff) and a great variety of subject matter.

I personally find 'Wind & Wuthering' much more entertaining than 'A Trick Of The Tail'. That's pretty strange that ATOAT have gathered three times more votes than W&W.

I like Trick definitely more than W&W. I don't find any weak tracks on Trick, but on W&W there are some weaker tracks, I think (though stilll good), like Your Own Special Way, Wot Gorilla and All In A Mouse's Night. This is purely subjective of course, but it's just to say that I do understand the people who vote for ATOTT. W&W is my least favorite Genesis albums from the 1970's (though I still think it's quite good - Genesis didn't make any bad albums in the 1970's)

Nursery Cryme, followed closely by Lamb. Trespass is right up there too.
