Let me give you an honest opinion Yam Yam.

Respectfully, Prog is not award or a quality certificate to give a band a chance to be in a full Prog Genre.

A band is Prog or  not Prog, if it's Prog Related and we force their inclusion to a full Prog genre, we are lying to our readers in order to give them a chance to be part of a genre where they don't belong.

Hope you take it well, it's my 100% honest opinion.

Iván

Opinions, as many of them as there are people on this site.

However unexpectedly, I believe in this particular case, Iván is correct. This is rather weak material. There is something, but Prog-related sounds like a best choice to me.

I honestly don't care in what genre they are included, never heard of them before prior to this forum post, however I am certainly taken by them a lot!!! They should be here!!!!!!! However Marty McFly's cat, I love his ginger cat more and want to steal him coz he is awwwww .... Heart just too cute! Big smile

Sheavy, this must be my decuple one Big smile however hereby I must add that Ivan is one of my ultimate favorite collabs, he has the most awesome taste, quite similar to mine, I have read many of his reviews too, now I am just hoping he will give this band a second listen.
This said I don't know this band, never heard of them before this forum post. Smile

They still have a chance in Prog related (IMO strong), of course if Crossover doesn't decide to include them.

We're at the 'discuss' stage, where all votes are in except Olav's (& he doesn't always vote) - I would think that with three votes for Prog-Related and one abstention we just need someone with S.C. status to step forward and kindly offer to take the case to admins for us. Maybe Marty or Chris will step up to the plate?...Maybe not! Tongue I will keep you updated as further comment arrives in our thread. Thumbs Up

It was decided that because Kerygmatic Project is such a little-known band, the admins would almost certainly not be willing to add it to Prog-Related since our definition of PR also requires something of a “legacy performer” quotient. Apparently PR is now for bands with a degree of 'household recognition', or artists of stature and having influence upon others. If PR took every band that just had some “relation” to prog there would be a vast number of new bands we’d have to add.
It therefore seems that this is the end of the road for them on PA - apart from this thread, which should show up in a good many google searches for the band with the word 'prog' also included as a search element. (It was actually top of the list when I just did that exact search).
