Absolutely stunned and heartbroken. Neil has been a part of my life ever since I took my All The World's A Stage gatefold album into school to show all my mates the great band I had just discovered. After the family tragedies he suffered, it is so sad he can't enjoy the retired life he fully deserved. 😥

This is extremely sad news. He was simply the best drummer I've ever seen and, whilst I did not agree with his political outlook, his lyrics were magnificent.
RIP. The prog world is a much poorer place for his passing.

My first music purchase was Rush Archives in high school circa 1983 and they were my first favorite band. The guy was a giant who took his craft seriously and never settled. RIP
