Personally I think that whether or not the comma was left out of their title had more to do with the art direction of whoever was doing the cover.
However.. all the actual Manticore released albums...(owned by the band) and in control of the band... were without comma. All those albums you listed with commas, were on other labels, produced by others... and not in the band's control at all.
So I think "ELP" refers to themselves as EMERSON LAKE & PALMER
And I think I know a little bit about GL.com, KE.com, CP.com and ELP.com....

in greenland laptop not so good in cold and the battrys run out to speedilly. not take laptops to the fishing silly it would get wet or stoled by some wild animal or damage.

the oficial names is inuktituk a generalising name for the many many diferent tongues we have in my country. one of the most dificult to study as you can not speak to nearest village the same langage.

Inuktituk is a generalising name for several tongues, but only one of them is spoken in Greenland; and Inuktituk also means one of these tongues, which is the Canadian one.
