hola:
first of all this topic is very complicated because you can be mad with someone opinion, Wich is my case now Snowdog i dont know you but you mentioned Eloy and is my favorite band, what record do you listened from them?
In other stuff, Styx is one good memorie but is really cheese now when i heard grand illusion a few days ago and sounds me like shawn cassidy.
Fantomas estoy sin palabras amigo latinoamericano pero tus opiniones realmente son muy ofensivas no crees?

This thread bashes so many incredible bands. Genesis, Yes, King Crimson. People are saying your more intelligent if you listen to the mars volta. It's only absurd. I can't believe the arguements went on for 7 pages. |
Just one person said that about Genesis,Yes,etc. Just ignore him.
and about mars volta ... if people who listen to TMV are more intelligent to "average" people. I supose that people who listen to prog are more intelligent that people who listen to marv volta. it's my hypotesis...let's do an investigation about that!

Ok, I'm sorry... I found two bands that are worse (in fact, I like Yes' Drama and Relayer a bit):
PFM and Banco.
Now, these 2 are the worse bands EVER.

I noticed it, but I feel one shouldn't make fun of one's spelling on this forum as there are quite a few people here whose 1st language isn't English. Also there are a lot of uneducated American bumpkins who have never learned to spell either....such as yours truly.

Hmm no it was not entirely what i meant i did not mean to say what prog bands you did not like. But i mean really horrid bands that are so bad that everybody could agree is bad...and still being progressive. Surely a hard genre as prog must have many flops in their time... |

I'd never consider the Nightwish bad, c'mon guys, we should reach a conclusion that Phil Collins-era "Genesis" is the worst.....

Nightwish isn't prog, they're like, a light, poppy version of power metal.
