  • Dream Theater - Falling Into Infinity (yes - giving DT a good go )
  • Spock's Beard - Snow

Am waiting for Glass Hammer's "Lex Rex Live" DVD and "The Inconsolable Secret" to arrive from USA and on this Mon or Tues will receive by mail King Crimson's "USA" and Genesis' "Lamb".

The past 7 days have bought and received: GY!BE - Lift Your Skinny Fists... and Dream Theater - Awake - both great albums. Enough for now to keep me happy I think

I'd be interested to hear if you can listen to both discs of the GSYBE in one sitting ...good stuff but intense. I got the Snow recently took a few goes to grow on me though ... now I think its their best one.

I will let you know how I get on with GSYBE - at this moment it is not something to be played in one sitting - unlike F#A# Infinity. Very intense music and definitely mood music me thinks

I am picking Spock's Beard will take a few listens as does most their work again I shall update you on that

Hi there Valarius - I have MJ's Bad but would really like to know what your opinion of Elements is. From the track listing it looks a good spread of Mike's works. However, I will value your comments either on this forum or feel free to message me - cheers

Sigur Ros - Agaetis Byrjum

Mike Oldfield - Incantations

Marillion - Season's End

Sigur Ros album is an absolute masterpiece. I can't get enough of it. There are not many +70 minutes albums that can hold you stunned all the way through. The word 'beautiful' doesn't even begin to describe what's going on there.

Oldfield is probably a bit too long (Part 3 should be edited) but it's still very good, atmospheric music with great vocal parts.

Marillion didn't impress so far. I'll give it one more listen soon.

Already shipped and heading home:

-Mr.Bungle - Disco Volante

-GSBE! - Lift Your Skinny Fists...

-Pink Floyd - The Final Cut (remaster with "When The Tigers Broke Free")

-Scorpions - Lonesome Crow
