I only have one Black Mountain album (Wilderness Heart I think it's called). I wonder if they got their name from both Black Sabbath and Mountain.

Black Country Communion are not a prog band. If I added them then I may as well also have The Black Keys and The Black Crowes to the list.

I’m familiar with Black Country New Road, Black Midi, Black Mountain, and Black Sabbath. Like them all to varying degrees but gave my vote to BCNR.
I can’t quite understand why Black Midi hasn’t taken my world by storm, but it hasn’t.
My other avatar is a Porsche

Black is beautiful -- so many black bands that I like.

I voted for black midi, been really digging Cavalcade especially of late. My classic choice from the poll would be Black Widow -- I love the debut Sacrifice. From ProjeKCt's copious list -- what less would one expect from a member of the omissions team? - lol --, I really love Godspeed You! Black Emperor.

So I'll give votes to black midi, Black Widow and Black Sabbath, with a nod to Black Country, New Road which I have been enjoying of late.
