Yep. You got all those. There actually was a female prog singer who had a brief solo career and sang on a couple of the early Glass Hammer albums named Michelle Young but that's not who I had in mind here.
Chicago and Kansas are both correct. Almost went with Missouri for Kansas since there is a Kansas City MO. Oh well. I'll check back later and possibly give hints for the ones that haven't been done yet.

That was impossible to decide; it was either a feminization of the name or the changing from one female name to another; I chose the latter because I thought the feminization was the trap.

No, it could go either way. I was shooting for opposites there and since Mike is often thought of as the male version of Michelle I chose Michelle.

The term Jacko is throwing me off. However, I'm going to guess Ozark Mountain Daredevils.

Yep. It is "Jocko", not "Jacko". Jocko Valley (look it up: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jocko_Valley) instead of Ozark Mountain.

Ok, Jocko. Well, it still threw me off and so did yellow belly which I had to look up. I have heard of the bird(woodpecker) called the yellow bellied sapsucker but I never heard it as a term to refer to cowardly before but I guess it makes sense.

No one has guessed The Glissandi. Should I reveal who it is?

I think I will. The Gissandi was The Tremeloes (originally The Tremoloes).
