Bacon is one of my 4 basic food groups.

Also christmas ham which we're having this year is from pigs and I prefer it too the oft too dry turkey.

in norway we eat cristmas rib, pinnekjøtt, cod, lutefisk, ham, or turkey. depending on which region your fom.

I actually prefer not too crispy bacon.
