That doesn't sound much like the Alabama I know. Excepting 3 and 6.

Yes I have, trying to do flips from a platform and landing on a mat. I overshot a bit, landing on my ass on the mat while my feet smacked the concrete. I had big ol' bruises on my heels for a week.

But it happened right before the District high school track meet, so I couldn't compete. :(

I'd be pretty happy about that honestly. Although I used to really like track. I don't prefer to run that fast anymore.
