I suppose I will go with the flock on this occasion in favour of Close to the Edge, but in case all votes for Yes are used out, I would go for the PFM

Look at my avatar. Although Still Life, Moving Pictures, and Children of God are close.

Close to the Edge, with Thick as a Brick in close second.
Welcome to the middle of the film.

Close to the Edge by a mile. For me, at least, it is as close to perfection as a Prog album could hope to be.

Kind of Blue, shortly followed by Images and Words.
I am currently digging:

Hawkwind, Rare Bird, Gong, Tangerine Dream, Khan, Iron Butterfly, and all things canterbury and hard-psych. I also love jazz!

Please drop me a message with album suggestions.

Thick as a Brick. It's surprising how many of these albums I actually don't like.

The question is simple, but the list is mundane. Can't/won't vote. By the way, met Florence Henderson in church.

I voted Court.

Wish A Passion Play was there instead of TaaB, but oh well.

Jethro Tull, Thick as a Brick.

When he rides, my fears subside.
For darkness turns once more to light.
Through the skies, his white horse flies.
To find a land beyond the night.

tough choice, but I'll go with Wish You Were Here out of these

so Road of bones has become the highest rated neo-prog album?!
