All I like is prog related bands beginning late 60's/early 70's. Their music from 1968 - 83 has the composition and sound which will never be beaten. Perfect blend of jazz, classical, folk and rock.

I've always liked Collins a s drummer

Wasn't aware that Palmer (or Bruford for that matter) had lessons from Harry Hughes. Interesting.

I'm prepared to ignore my disllke for a band if the drummer impresses me. Always considered Zoltan Csorz to be one of the best although I get bored with TFK very quickly. Their current drummer also impresses me although I do like the last album a little bit compared to those horrible long winded doubles they used to churn out Wink

When I listen to a Thomas Pridgen solo on YouTube, the one where he is in a type of

video studio, it doesn't even make me feel good. It's like he's playing rhythms that are

out of sync with the way the human body is supposed to experience rhythm.
