I gave my vote to KC, even though CTTE and Fragile are easily my favorite out of all KC and Yes albums combined.

but see my logic is "Does any band have any album that can compare to In The Court?" and as far as my tastes are concerned, unless we're talking about Pink Floyd or The Doors the answer is probably "of course not" |

A bit easier than Genesis vs KC.
Topographic Oceans. Enough said.

KC easily, Yes are fantastic in their heyday but I never listen to anything they did after 91025, with KC even their weaker stuff is interesting to listen to in some way.

Well, for me "Epitaph" is one of the most emotional songs I have ever heard, I really love that one. And Starless isn't bad on an emotional level either (specially live, played with violin... and that ending!!!). Even Exiles is pretty emotional for me, and Lizard (at least the Prince Ruppert Awakes and Bolero sections). Edit: I just found out I had already made just about the same comment a few pages earlier Edited by Dellinger - December 09 2012 at 13:14 |

As for the Awaken question, I'm pretty sure if you made a poll of Starless vs Awaken, Starless would win by a wide margin (though I'm not sure which would I vote for myself... I guess Awaken). As for the "In the Court" question, I'm pretty sure if you made a poll comparing it to the "Close to the Edge" album , CttE would win by a significan margin. I guess I would vote for it. |

Genesis: The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway In the case of Yes:Close To The Edge can match that overrated and overhyped album known as "In The Court" |

I don't see why that's funny. Tales beats anything KC ever did |

Actually, I may agree with "The Power to Believe"; the other three you underlined I certainly wouldn't put over Topographic. Also I would easily put the debut over Topographic, but the other two albums I would think it twice before doing so. |
