Same here.

Sola Scriptura ? (these two are more or less tied for first with me) Testimony 2 One Testimony Lifeline
What about his first two solo albums? Anybody heard those? I guess they don't count (I've never heard them, so I can't include them).

His first two solo albums reminded me of Bon Jovi. I like them, but neither will have too much appeal to most on PA.

Yeah I have his first called "Neal Morse" it's a nice poppy upbeat album. Some prog not much though. I count Testimony as his first official solo album.

I believe he's asking what you think Neal Morse's best solo album is.
Thanks for clearing that up Robert

I'm planning on ordering Testimony soon. I'm excited in part because i have only heard him on youtube in Spock's Beard and off of SMPT:e, which I own. I'm also excited because it'll be my first purchase of so called "Christian" prog. Most worship music bores me for listening purposes, except in church. I'm interested to see what he does with the subject matter.

Definitely ?.
Of all his albums that I own, it's the most consistently good. I feel as though the last ~15-20 minutes of both Sola Scriptura and One are a bit stretched out and overdone and could be done without. The end of ? is also stretched out but it's not as bad, and there it's maybe only the last 5-10 minutes.
I just found One too cheesy. Especially the orchestral parts of The Creation I thought were too over the top. Authour of Confusion and The Separated Man I love, but I hardly ever listen to the rest of the album.

Yeah I can see what you mean by overdone, but I think that's perfect since Morse is reflecting Christ in his music. the work God does can seem overdone and too much. But it's great, His will and his work blows my mind constantly today. I went to a campus crusade conference this past week and one of the speakers who is leader of Cru is Ethiopia told us that in 50 days his team of like 10 000 workers shared the Gospel (through many methods) with over 50 million people in cities in Africa. Now that seems way way overdone, but wow!!! That's so amazing... What He can do through people. But anyway.
Oh yeah and it makes me so happy to have Christian Prog in the world, Thanks Morse!!!

1.
Sola and ? pretty much tied as my favourite 2. Testimony 2 3. Songs From November (not prog but I really like it) 4. One 5. Momentum
Of the rest, Grand Experiment seems a bit "prog by numbers", the first Testimony is too long (though I love his condensed Testimedley that he does live), and I haven't heard the whole of Lifeline but the songs I have heard don't impress too much. I haven't heard his first two solo albums at all.
