Aka - lots of cursing, and the sound of dreams being crushed? |

Those titles are dreadful, but I'll still check the album out.

Agreed, I guess we can say "goodbye" to lyrics inspired by Siddhartha! Who is writing the lyrics, the Buggles? "I am a camera"....ugh!!

^ "I am a Camera" was inspired by Christopher Isherwood's famous Berlin Stories. That seems to me very in keeping with lyrics inspired by another famous novel ("Siddhartha").

Intricate deep cultural roots, contamination and evolving synapsis beyond any imagination. That's progressive...

Yes this is where it counts - the track lengths are very intriguing. If we do the math the first epic clocks in at 23:18
the rest of the album makies it 46:00 in total.
Not a bad collection and hopefully there may be some bonus tracks or at least a DVD package to coincide with the release.
Guitarist Steve Howe, drummer Alan White, keyboardist Oliver Wakeman, lead singer Benoit David and Squire
The epic 'Fly From Here' will feature Geoff Downes though.
To whet the appetite here is the original Fly From Here

So why isn't "Aliens Are Only Us From The Future" included on the album? Are they saving it for the Special Edition Bonus Disc?

"Aliens are Only..." is due on the forthcoming Squackett album.
There's a Japanese bonus track of a longer version of "Hour of Need". There are 4 release variants: plain CD, CD + DVD, vinyl, and deluxe box set (with CD, DVD, LP and prints). The CD + DVD is priced cheaper than the plain CD on Amazon.co.uk! The DVD contains a 25 minute making-of documentary and a video for "We Can Fly". Henry |

"Bumpy Ride"??? Yes has recorded a song titled "Bumpy Ride"?
Well... I fear this may lead us to the "Prog plagued by poor lyrics" thread! |

Meh, at first listen, it reminds me of Starcastle.

I found samples for all songs on the iTunes store. I'm looking forward to comments, this is not one I'm going to buy.

No way! This sample positively exudes Drama. I am very much excited. |

I don't know if it's normal, but I can't listen to the full track. So, it would be hard to tell anything about this sample.

This is an old Drama-era composition... here is the entire thing (w/ Trevor Horn on vocals):

That isn't Benoit David singing, is it? Go to iTunes and listen to the remaining samples. I thought Drama was decent, but not more than that.

I readily admit I was overcritical of Drama in my review, and i really should up my rating. It's not a one star album, but, even saying this, I would only give it two stars. I really, genuinely, do not like it, and the only reason I'll get this new one is for the sake of a complete record collection, something I rather resent.

Why is the opening epic split into 6 tracks :(
Otherwise sounds like it could be a decent album |
